Pressure gauges are key tools for measuring fluid (gas, liquid) pressure and are widely used in industries such as chemical, petroleum, and pharmaceuticals, as well as in everyday life (e.g., plumbing systems). Their core functions include real-time monitoring of system pressure (e.g., the medium-pressure range of 0-60 MPa for pipelines and pressure vessels), warning of overpressure risks (through audible and visual alarms or automatic shutoff), and ensuring safe and stable process flows. Common pressure ranges include micro-pressure (0-600 Pa laboratory grade), low pressure (0-2.5 MPa hydraulic systems), medium- and high-pressure (2.5-60 MPa industrial equipment), and ultra-high pressure (60 MPa and above for oil production). When selecting a pressure gauge, consider its accuracy (±1% FS standard), environmental compatibility (corrosion resistance IP65 protection), and mounting method (radial or axial interface).
