Q:My EC360B excavator has poor combined operation coordination and slow movements. Could this be caused by the main control valve?
A: Possibly, but not necessarily the only cause. Poor coordination/slow movements can result from multiple factors:
1) Internal wear in the main control valve (increased spool/bore clearance causing internal leakage);
2) Insufficient main pump flow or low pressure;
3) Low pilot pressure;
4) Faulty compensator valves. We recommend systematic diagnosis: measure main pump pressure and pilot pressure, and perform individual movement speed tests.
If severe internal leakage in the main control valve is confirmed, this product is the ideal direct replacement.
Q:Is this main control valve brand new? What components are included?
A:This is a brand new, original-remanufactured main control valve assembly. It includes the complete valve body, all spools, springs, main relief valve, overload relief valves, and all internal components. It does not include pilot valves, pilot lines, or hose fittings. You will need to use your existing (or new) hoses and seals during installation.
Q:What is the most important consideration during installation?
A:Hydraulic system cleanliness is absolutely critical!
1) The main control valve is extremely sensitive to oil contamination-thoroughly flush all hoses and replace hydraulic oil and filters before installation;
2) Use new O-rings and seals to ensure leak-free connections;
3) Use a torque wrench and tighten all fittings to specified torque;
4) After installation, bleed the system, then inspect all connections for leaks;
5) Professional hydraulic technician installation and adjustment is strongly recommended.
