Fixed valve body bolts
Apply a suitable amount of locking adhesive to the bolt threads, insert the bolts into the mounting holes one by one, and manually pre-tighten them. Use a torque wrench to gradually tighten the bolts in a diagonal sequence, referring to the tightening standard of the main control valve of the same tonnage excavator. The torque should generally be controlled within a suitable range (avoiding excessive looseness leading to leakage or excessive tightness leading to valve body deformation).

Connect hydraulic lines
Connect the hydraulic hoses to the valve body ports one by one according to the previously marked correspondences. During connection, check the hose interfaces for deformation. Install appropriate gaskets at the interfaces, manually tighten the joints, and then use a wrench to tighten them appropriately. Do not forcefully tighten to prevent cracking of the hose interfaces. Pay special attention to distinguishing between the inlet port (P port) and the return port (T port); do not connect them in reverse.
