The fan motor is essentially a transmission component that regulates engine cooling by controlling the fan speed. When the excavator engine is under high load and high temperature conditions, it increases the strength of the transmission connection, causing the fan to run at high speed to enhance heat dissipation. Conversely, under low temperature or low load conditions, it reduces the fan speed. This prevents the engine temperature from becoming too low and affecting operating conditions, while also reducing power loss and equipment noise. It is a crucial component for ensuring stable engine operating temperature.
