FAQ
Q:How to change the bearing installation?
A: When replacing a bearing, heat the inner ring of the bearing to 70-90℃ and press it into the drive plate using a press. Then, install the outer ring of the bearing into the drive plate and tap it into the spacer ring with a plastic hammer. Finally, insert the inner ring and spacer ring into the corresponding positions of the outer ring. If the inner ring of the bearing is being installed a second time, control the heating temperature to 70-80℃, and tap it into place with a plastic hammer after installation.
Q:How to fix the drive disk?
A:Place the drive plate on the special tool ST 5904, apply lubricant to the bearing nut, tighten the nut until the initial torque of the shaft reaches 3±0.5 N・m, and measure again to confirm that the torque meets the standard.
Q:How to install oil seals and retaining rings?
A:Apply sealant to the outside of the oil seal and press it into the housing. After applying grease to the inside of the oil seal, insert the retaining ring into the housing groove to complete the sealing and protection.

Oil injection and exhaust
Inject a measured amount of compatible hydraulic oil into the housing and hydraulic circuit, and open the vent to expel air from the circuit to prevent idling and wear of components.

No-load test
Start the excavator and let the travel motor run unloaded. Observe whether the shaft runs smoothly and without any abnormal noises or vibrations.

Sealing and Torque Check
After stopping the machine, check all connections and seals for oil leaks; measure the shaft drive torque again to ensure it is still within the specified range of 3±0.5 N·m.

Operate the excavator to move it forward and backward to test whether the power transmission of the travel motor is normal and whether the braking function is reliable. If there is any travel jamming or brake failure, stop the machine immediately and check the installation of the components.
