In variable displacement pump systems or certain circuits, the relief valve is used to set and maintain a stable operating pressure. By allowing a small amount of oil to continuously overflow, or by working in conjunction with a solenoid valve to open and unload at low pressure, it prevents continuous pressure buildup, reduces energy waste, and helps the system dissipate excess heat through oil circulation, preventing excessive oil temperature.

This relief valve adopts a direct-acting or pilot-operated structure, requiring a dynamic response speed in the millisecond range. Its internal valve core and seat are made of hardened alloy and precision-ground, ensuring tight sealing and accurate opening even under frequent high-pressure impacts. The spring is specially designed to resist fatigue, ensuring that its pressure setting remains stable during long-term use, making it a crucial component for the durability and reliability of the entire hydraulic system.
