Small Tips
Common Turbocharger failures and urgent ways
Oil seal aging and dripping oil
Stop the engine and turn off the machine. Then loosen the intake hose, apply a ring of high-temperature silicone sealant to the compressor outlet, and then tighten the hose with cable ties. This can temporarily seal the oil and prevent oil shortage and bearing seizure.

Turbine housing crack
Wash the crack with soapy water firstly, and then dry it and apply metal repair adhesive. Cover it with aluminum sheet from an aluminum can and secure it with hose clamps. Maintain low-load operation until the work site for welding.

Foreign object breaks the impeller causing rotor scraping noise
Immediately turn off the engine and disassemble the compressor housing. Remove the broken blades, smooth the remaining gaps with an angle grinder, reassemble, and limit the speed to 1500 rpm. Slowly remove from the site and replace with a new one.

Cracked oil inlet copper pipe
Excessive oil spraying. Stop the engine and disconnect the power. → Remove the cracked section, connect both ends with a high-pressure rubber hose, tighten with double clamps, add engine oil, and idle for 5 minutes to confirm there are no leaks before continuing work.
