Operating Instructions for Excavator Oil Cooler
1. Before Operation
Inspect the oil cooler for damage, leaks, loose joints or clogged fins.
Clean dust, mud and debris from the cooling core to ensure good airflow.
Check hydraulic oil level and condition.
2. Normal Operation
Start the engine and idle to warm up gradually.
The cooler works automatically; keep oil temperature within 50–80°C.
Avoid long-term heavy load in dusty environments without cleaning.
3. Routine Maintenance
Shut off the engine and let it cool before maintenance.
Clean fins with compressed air regularly.
Check hoses, fittings, fan and sensors; replace worn parts promptly.
Tighten connections and check fan belt tension.
