Small Tips
Common faults of fuel injector include
Poor Atomization
Symptoms: Poor fuel atomization from the injector results in reduced engine power, black smoke from the exhaust pipe, and abnormal engine noise.
Emergency Remedies: First, remove the injector. Soak the nozzle with a specialized cleaner or kerosene, then blow it clear with compressed air. If this is ineffective, replace the injector.

Needle valve stuck
Symptoms: The needle valve is stuck due to carbon buildup or rust, resulting in reduced engine power, engine vibration, or even failure to start.
Emergency Rescue: Scrape off the carbon buildup with a bamboo stick. Soak the fuel injector in kerosene or boil it in engine oil until it smokes. Remove the injector and use pliers (with soft material wrapped around the jaws) to grip the end of the needle valve. Pull and rotate repeatedly to remove the needle valve.

Injector dripping oil
Symptoms: The diesel engine intermittently emits white smoke from the exhaust at low temperatures, and intermittently emits black smoke after the temperature rises. The engine runs unevenly and has irregular backfiring sounds.
Emergency Solution: Remove the injector and check for carbon buildup at the end of the needle valve. Apply clean engine oil to the needle valve body, insert it, and gently pull it in and out until the needle valve moves freely.

Excessive Fuel Return
Symptoms: Reduced fuel injection pressure, delayed fuel injection, and decreased engine performance.
Emergency Remedies: Check the fuel return line for damage or blockage, ensuring unobstructed fuel return. If the fuel return line is fine, check the needle valve assembly and valve plate for wear, replacing relevant parts if necessary.
